Had a half a 5-gallon bucket of sandy floor-paint, and also the necessary raw wood primer for coverage. The long drop cloths helped prevent fling-off and spillage.
The gray color should reduce the heat gain and cure/harden pretty quickly.

Super disappointed in the bridge. I thought it might look more decorative, rather than something that the Army Corps of Engineers dropped across a ravine so the tanks could attack the Germans on the other side.
What are the ramps made of? Cemented rock?
