The Constitution is the law-of-the-land, right? And the Constitution is about limited Government, not Un-limited Government. So when is it not ? When the in-power Feds arbitrarily decide to to ignore the Constitution, and override issues of Sovereignty, protecting the national border, and detainment – let alone creating unconstitutional mandates to fund pet-projects and benefit self-interested voting blocs.
This measure, if approved in November, it would add language saying that federal document may not be violated by any government — including the federal government.
More to the point, it would allow Arizonans “to reject any federal action that they determine violates the United States Constitution.”
Pretty damn cool.
